• After surgery, a rest period of several days is recommended to give your body sufficient time to recover. You can return to your normal routine within 7–10 days, gradually increasing your activities according to how you feel. Light physical activity should be postponed for 3–4 weeks, while sports and more demanding exercise are generally advised after 4–6 weeks.
• The result is visible immediately — the breasts gain a fuller shape and more defined curves — but the final appearance will settle after approximately 3–6 months, once the implants are fully positioned and the tissue has softened. During this period, the natural quality of the result becomes apparent, with the breasts feeling softer and fully integrated with the body.
