Relief from pain or excessive pressure
Are you troubled by unpleasant and often long-term pain in tendons, muscles or joints? The popular and effective kinesiotaping method can help you. You have probably already seen athletes with colourful tape on various parts of their bodies.
Kinesiotaping is the work of Japanese chiropractor Dr Kenzo Kase, whose efforts to accelerate injury healing and optimise the course of acute and chronic conditions were crowned by the development of a completely new revolutionary material.
The tape for kinesiotaping is made of cotton; some types are coated with tourmaline. The adhesive, which is usually natural resin, is arranged in a wave pattern on the tape. The tape can be stretched to up to 160% of its original length, is water-resistant and breathable. It adheres very well and gently to human skin. The various colours of the tape do not have a fundamental effect on the therapeutic outcome.

The procedure usually takes 30 to 60 minutes and is performed in completely comfortable conditions. We apply a numbing cream before the treatment, so you only feel minimal discomfort.
You will usually notice the first improvement within a few days to weeks after the initial treatment. For optimal results, we recommend a series of sessions according to an individual plan.
The exact number of treatments and total cost are determined after an initial consultation with our specialist. Typically, it involves 3–6 sessions at intervals of several weeks.
The procedure is among the safest methods. Before the first treatment, we will discuss your health condition and evaluate any contraindications. Slight redness at the injection site is common and subsides quickly.
