On our face, we have <\/span><b>over 40 muscles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and just like the ones on the body, the facial ones need regular training!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Key tips and exercises for firming your cheeks:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\"Oh\" and a smile:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Make an \"O\" shape with your mouth and cover your lips completely with your teeth. Then, with your teeth hidden, smile broadly. Alternate these positions 6-10 times.
