RECEPTION ASSISTANT
Medical institut care s.r.o. clinic of aesthetic medicine is looking for an associate for the position of: Reception assistant. We have been operating on the market for 20 years and our medical staff are recognized experts in their fields of practice in the field of aesthetic medicine, dermatology and plastic surgery in the Czech Republic.
What will the day look like at Medical institut care s.r.o.?
- The main job will be communication with clients. You will be the first person people meet when they come to our company.
- In addition to the welcome and seating of clients in the reception area, we also prepare coffee and other beverages or offer our services.
- You will also handle phone calls and email communications from clients.
- You will be responsible for the management of surgeries - their occupancy, workload, organization.
- You will be responsible for managing the appointments of our medical staff - their availability, workload and organisation
- Ad hoc tasks such as social and promotional events will also await you if necessary.
What you can't do without:
- Secondary education with a high school diploma or matriculation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active knowledge of AJ
- Knowledge of other foreign languages an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Social media activity FB, IG, Linkdin
- Organisational skills, high work commitment and resistance to stress;
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues while being independent, responsible and caring;

Required education
