Carbon peeling (also known as carbon peel or Hollywood peel) is a modern, non-invasive laser skin treatment that combines the application of activated carbon with subsequent laser treatment. The goal is deep cleansing, brightening, and skin regeneration without pain and without the need for recovery.
During the treatment, a thin layer of special carbon gel is first applied to the skin, which penetrates into pores and binds to impurities, sebum, and dead cells. Then a laser is applied to the skin, which literally “blasts off” the carbon – along with the bound impurities and excess sebum.
This simultaneously stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture, tightens pores, and reduces excessive sebum production. The skin is smoother, more matte, evened out, and brighter after the treatment.
